About me

Hello and welcome,

I am a degree qualified naturopath with a background in environmental science, biology and metaphysics.

I have always loved the natural world. Growing up on the island of Bali, I spent much of my childhood roaming through mangroves, rainforests and beaches. I am still a nature lover, and now live surrounded by pristine bushland in the Blue Mountains, Australia.

I am a highly curious person and I love researching and understanding the mechanisms behind why things occur. I am passionate about continuing my education and deepening my knowledge of holistic health and the natural world.

In my spare time, you’ll likely find me reading with a cup of tea, pottering around our permaculture-inspired garden, or out in the bush running, mountain biking, climbing or hiking. My daily meditation practice has become an anchor in my life and I am passionate about helping others find simple, grounded and effective ways to reconnect to themselves.

In my previous career as an Environmental Scientist, I was suffering from burn-out, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, hives, insomnia, depression and anxiety which were not relieved using standard medical treatment. This prompted my journey into exploring other healing paradigms. My symptoms were alleviated only once I took a holistic approach to my health journey.

My passion for holistic health and desire to make a difference in the world led me to change my career from the environmental sciences and become a Naturopath. I believe in continuing education and have focused my post-graduate naturopathic training in the areas of hormone health, fertility / IVF support, and women’s health. I am also undertaking post-graduate qualifications in Counselling.

It would be my privilege to support you in navigating your health journey, no matter your gender identity, sexual orientation, race, or spirituality.

Approach

I believe that true health encompasses our total being, that is, mental, emotional, energetic and physical well-being, and living in alignment with our inherent values.

I offer clients a space to explore and understand the factors contributing to their current health concerns and empower them to make changes that support them on their journey to health. Specifically, I provide clients with a unique approach that is evidence-based but also weaves through energetic considerations, drawn from traditional wisdom.
