wHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM AN APPOINTMENT?

do you have a physical clinic space?
We are located in Darug and Gundungurra Country, in the beautiful Blue Mountains in NSW, Australia. Face-to-face consultations are available at the Blackheath Fitness & Wellness Centre, 16-24 Prince George Street, Blackheath, NSW. In addition, 1:1 online telehealth consultations are available via Zoom from the convenience & comfort of your chosen space from anywhere in the world (other than USA & Canada).
Please ensure you check your local date & time against AEST / AEDT zones (Sydney, Melbourne & Canberra) when making your appointment as you are responsible for your appointment bookings. Using a time zone calculator can be useful.

How do I get my prescriptions?
If you are located in the upper Blue Mountains, we can arrange local pick-up from the Blackheath Fitness Centre. Alternatively, your herbal medicines, creams, supplements, homeopathic remedies and essences can be delivered straight to your door.
If you live outside of Australia, we can post subscriptions to you, or send a prescription for you to be made up by a local dispensary where appropriate.
Is Functional testing available?
Yes, functional testing is available and can be arranged by your Naturopath. Examples include:
Hormone and cortisol panels
Stool tests to check digestive function, & assess microbiome and parasite status
SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth) breath testing
Organic acids urine testing
Thyroid hormone testing
Urinary iodine testing
Hair tissue mineral analysis
Hair 500 test (food and household item compatibility testing)
Food intolerance testing
Your practitioner will discuss which would be most suitable for your unique circumstances.
cAN YOU ORGANISE BLOOD TESTING?
Yes, blood tests such as thyroid panels, iron studies etc can be ordered, however, these are not covered by Medicare and will require private payment to Pathology Labs.
WHat is your cancellation policy?
You will be sent an SMS reminder 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur 50% of your total consultation fee. Failure to show up to your scheduled appointment will incur 100% of your total consultation fee.
