Specific disclaimer

Practitioners are fully qualified in their field and meet the requirements of their Association and insuring bodies. Our practitioners will do our very best to support you on your health journey, however every individual is unique and responds to treatment differently due to factors such as compliance, genetics, diet, lifestyle, environment, other medications and emotional status. It is not possible to guarentee clinical outcomes and timelines. Furthermore, there may be times where your health needs may sit outside our scope of practice, and we will refer you to a suitable modality.

It is your responsibility to disclose full and accurate information about your health history including diagnosed medical conditions, medications or supplements, known allergies and intolerances. This is to ensure safety of treatment and check for pharmacological interactions with any herbs or nutrients prescribed. It is also your responsibility to notify us and your other health practitioners of any new prescribed treatments, supplements, pregnancy status, products or medications to ensure safe integrative care. It is a safety issue if you do not declare all medication and supplementation or your pregnancy status.

If you experience an unexpected reaction to a prescribed product, please notify us as soon as possible. If you experience life threatening symptoms such as anaphylaxis, please call 000 immediately.

Products prescribed to you are not to be shared with others such as family members or friends. We encourage people to seek personalised advice from a qualified health professional prior to self-prescription to ensure safety and efficacy of treatment.

Payment terms

All quotes and payment is made in Australian dollar currency. We take payments via Stripe for consultation fees and prescriptions. Please view their website for their privacy policy and terms & conditions. In some cases we may take electronic bank transfer as payment.

Refunds are not available for services rendered. However, in the event you are not satisfied, please contact us.

Cancellation policy

You will be sent an SMS reminder 48hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations and or rescheduling are made through the simple clinic website.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 24hours of your scheduled appointment incurs 50% of your total appointment fee. A staff member will be in touch regarding refunding your pre-payment of your appointment fee should you cancel an appointment. Failure to show up to your scheduled appointment will incur 100% your total consultation fee. If you feel that a cancellation fee has been unfairly issued, please get in contact with us.

You have the right to terminate your consultation at any time. However, you may be required to pay in full for your consultation.

Consumer guarantees

In the event of a minor issue, we will do our best to find an appropriate resolution as soon as practicable. Such issues include:

  • Internet issues or power outages during an online consultation (please ensure that you have stable internet connection before booking and attending a consultation to avoid inturruptions).

  • If there is an issue with any of our third party client management and booking systems.

  • If you are unable to access and download documentation or treatment plans.

  • Issues with email communication.

  • If an incorrect product was dispensed, or there was an issue with a product dispensed through us. However, if an incorrect product was dispensed, or there was an issue with a product sent through a third party company, please refer to their terms and conditions prior to engaging with their service and contact them directly for resolution.

Shipping

You may be prescribed herbal medicines, supplements, homeopathic remedies and/or essences with a consultation. These may be dispensed directly through your practitioner or through a third party (who will send products directly to you) upon payment of your prescription. A postage charge may be issued, which will be disclosed to you at the time of payment.

We are not liable for any delayed, missing or appropriately packaged parcels damaged during transit while sent through our couriers, Australia Post or any third party prescription services. Please refer to the shipping and delivery terms of service on any third party prescription services utilised.
